"COME-DAY. GO-DAY"

I don't very often get upset but when I see incompetent and uncaring attitude it makes me boil , so anyway I'm halfway through, redesigning my garden before I go into hospital for a knee replacement,next week, and need xtra materials , this I is Monday,chap on sales said ok sir would you like them tomorrow,yes great I said it's going to be a lovely day for the next two days,I willget it finished.so Tuesday isat in all day waiting and raring to go .but guess what , nothing.so I phned millingtons sales, o dear sir I don't understand let me make enquiries and phone you back. Guess what,nothing , iPhones first thing Tuesday morning, chap in sales said, oh yes you phoned yesterday,ill phone transport and phone you back, guess what ( HE DID ) I'm sorry it was on the lorry but the driver ran out of time, WHAT!you must be joking, but it will be with you this morning, guess what it ain't and finally guess what ,there's going to be thunderstorms tomorrow, will I use millingtons again (guess what) I DEFINITELY WONT. NOTE jewsons who I have done business with for 40 years have always given excellant service, I hope since they amalgamated with millingtons ,millingtons staff might get some lessons on keeping the customer informed and happy.
