Poor customer service and care. Had to get the ring re-sized twice instead of feeling looked after and happy after i left the shop, i felt angry and upset. They were trying their hardest to talk me out of having it re-sized and also telling me id have to pay 35 pound for having it re-sized and coloured the second time even though id paid 25 the first time. There was no apologies or anything..
