"Ridiculous"

Trying to find my parcel..the post office I once knew is no longer there..others sending me all over the UK..numbers I call are always please press this or please press that..then I'm on hold.

The numbers on here don't even work...why have them there non existent..should I risk my travel expenses on a whim??.
