"Absolutely appauling"

Second time I went to get my hair done here. First time was dreadful but thought I'd try it again. I was given the same women as last time called June. My hair was originally 22 inches long as I asked for a trim. It's now 16 inches and I'm absolutely hurt and upset. She hacked at it. Cost 30 pound. Over priced. Considering she didn't even straighten my hair properly afterwards!And' no coversation what so ever. Never again! .
