Bought daughter second hand I phone for Christmas and the help and advise was very good but within a few months it wasnot working properly. Took it back to game today and the they swapped it for another one without any problem. Chay the other guy who helped us were really polite and friendly and very helpful. Would really recommend them for their customer service..
