"Very poor service"

A review of Belgrave Testing Station by Samat written on Monday 5th of January 2015

Was recommended this place by a friend, to get my three rear windows tinted, everting was fine and did a good job, but when I got home I realised that the fitter didn't put back the car's back seat right, called them to get it looked at but they went on the defensive straightway, took three car in and after two of them jumping up and down on my car's leather seats ruining them they told me they can't do it and they must check with fitter first if he actually removed the seat, essentially accusing me of making this up, left my number and waited for the call but nothing happened, when I called back I was given a very short unwelcoming reply even though I've been very polite and kind and was dismissed again with a "we'll call you back" no call yet.

Very poor customer service. Do not recommend..
