"Doo mess in customers toilets"

I had a perm here as chrged 50 pound it wasnt curly when i left the shop but was told to give it 3 weeks nd the curls will appear they never did i was charged 50 pound for the perm n was not offered an alternative to fix the problem i found the lady rude and unsympthetic this was my xmas hair do and after using the toilets downstairs i found dog mess everywhere go martinas two doors down.
