"Next day service take 1 week"

Sent a bmx with this company on a next day service. Andcstill as not got to my customer 3 days later. Customers service won't ring there depo to find out where the item is and are no help what so ever. Same with my parcel service which is the company I used. Paid nearly £40.00 for next day and been told now it could take a week to find out where my item as gone. If you falue your items you won't use this company. They don't care less what as happened to your parcel. How can you lose a adult size bmx bike? Total waste of time trying to contact the because they just don't want to help. Very rude customers service who promise to ring you and don't. Total load of s__t.
