"Not happy"

I have enjoyed my visits to you in the past. what happened.

we came over today for a nice lunch and for the second time I have been disappointed.

last time I had a bacon brie melt. the bacon was cold and flabby and the whole meal cold.

today, whilst my friend had a chicken bacon bun, which was well done, I had the fish goujons.

there must have been a whole ounce of fish hiding between two very large outer lettuce leaves. bitter and not too clean. the chips, well someone in the kitchen must have spilt the salt cellar over them, they were hardly edible. I asked for thin chips and was given large ones. are they reconstituted chips? they taste like it.

so, whilst you must be thinking 'get over it' I am the kin d of customer who does not come back if things don't change. and I shall see to it that everyone I know has the same information. I don't like being disappointed twice over.
