"Such bad service!"

We brought a bed from this shop for my new house and we were going to buy more from them a least over £1500. We have never been to this shop before. The first guy delivering the bed was not prepared to take the bed upstairs and there were two of them! I had to help them bring it upstairs and I have a bad back. He had such a bad attitude. Instead he was arguing with me about what other companies would or not do. If they told me they would not take the bed upstairs or make it etc., then I would never have spent my hard earned money at this shop in the first place. It is up to the store to tell us what they will or not do. When we complained to Mick his boss he took his side and said I was in the wrong! I am glad I did not buy anything else from this shop. I wish I never went there. I won’t go there again!.
