"Would not get my phone repaired here again"

Gave my phone in for repair and was told I'd receive a call the same day (Did not happen). Visited the shop the next day and was told it will be ready at 7.30pm (did not happen). Shop called at 9.10pm the same day and told to make my way to collect (did not happen), waited 30 mins in the shop and told it was my fault for being angry. read less

Told the owner chain of events and was told I'm wrong and they are right.
