"Wouldn't waste my time, vile rude staff"

I brought serveral pieces of jewellery, rings and bracelets, the bracelets have all been fine but I have had to return three rings through stones falling out. I brought my sister a ring for her 16th birthday and after taking great care with it, yet again the stones have fallen out and the colour had chipped off leaving chunks missing out of the ring. I rang the store on the day of returning the ring and got told it was fine to return it and receive a refund. When I made it into the store later that day, I spoke to the Store Manager who was a vile, rude woman and about as professional as a tramp in the street, denying that they had ever received a phone call. They refused to refund or even exchange the item even though it clearly states on their receipt that they will refund or exchange if item is faulty. .
