"Made me late for my own wedding"

I called a 8 seater taxi a week before my wedding day for them to pick up important family members to take them to my wedding (I did state it was my wedding day and please not to be late) . When the wedding day approached there was no taxi even though they confirmed my booking earlier that day. This made me late for my own wedding thanks fosse. Only to find out that they had given my 8 seater to another wedding party. Nice. When we called to see where the taxi was he told us we needed to wait while he gets out of bed is this safe?? Will not be using fosse again thanks for making me late for my own wedding. .
