"Unorganised chaos"

A review of Baba Holidays Ltd by Ruined written on Monday 21st of July 2014

We went on the Isle of Wight tour run by this company. Coach trip started off late we waited an hour to leave. The driver was polite, tour operators were useless and not helpful or understanding when dealing with out old parents, it ruined our holiday. The hotel room my parents given on first night was so bad, they should have had a look at the room to see the state it was in, may be if they had they would realise not even they could spend a night there, but my parents had no choice. The hotel was filth dead flys on every window sill, bathrooms unclean, blankets on bed very old, no working kettle in parents room, even the bus drivers got cross with organisation. Will not be going or recommending this holiday company to anyone, as we just wanted to come home. We were stuck in a dirty dangerous, electric wires exposed, rude managers hotel. The only good thing was evening meal..
