WHEN SENDING OUT LETTERS FOR COURSES ALSO SEND A NOTICE THAT IT MAYBE BE WISER TO CATCH A BUS. INSTEAD OF BLOCKING UP ALL OUT ROADS AROUND THE CENTRE ..

ITS UNFAIR FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE ON THIS ROAD !!! .
