"Poor maintainence"

Sadly a very good building is being left to go down hill as no maintainence is carried out due to asra constantly pleading poverty.Head office show totally no regard for its tenants.ie.we just numbers on a rent book. PENSIONERS FREEZING in winter due to poorly fitting 30yr old single glazing whlch is shameful in the 21st century.Tenants pay a very very high service and sadly get zero service. IT is virtually jnpossible to get any reation from head office .Lots of broken promises too.Lots of tennants suffer excessive stress due to unresolved problems, Most came here hoping to live stress free in a really lovely area. When it was LHA .they showed a great deal more compassion & interest in the well being of its tenants..
