A review of Moira's Reflections by Barbara Singer written on Sunday 27th of April 2014
Being only just over five foot. buying a suitable mother of the groom outfit was proving impossible untill I walked into this shop. A young lady, called Emily immediately made me feel at ease. We agreed on outfits that just weren't right and she actually said it would be better for me to leave empty handed rather than buy something I didn't like. After trying many outfits that neither Emily nor I liked, she went to her manager who went to a new range that had just come in. These were all full length dresses, something I had not considered. The first one I tried on was just brilliant. After visits to six different shops and trying at least twenty or thirty outfits I finally felt right. Three assistants now persevered to find matching accessories for me. with recently torn ligaments in my ankle they persevered with many shoe styles and seeing my problems they again suggested I try elsewhere rather than take a pair of their shoes to be uncomfortable in.
A hat they had in the right colour they felt also didn't suit and they said on their next buying trip they would keep my outfit in mind.
After a week,a fantastic hat was found . My outfit was altered free of charge to gain a perfect fit and they added pieces of my outfit into the hat for co-ordination. They also reduced the height of my hat to suit my size.
Everyone concerned at Moira's Reflections could not have been more helpful. The result was an outfit that I felt wonderful in. Even my husband told me I looked lovely. Quite something for a man who never gives compliments. I also received so many compliments from other people at the wedding. The day was just perfect in every way and I can't thank Moira's Reflections enough for their brilliant service and attention. .
