Grandson signs on gives a form to interviewer he says it filled in wrong (deliberate lie) refuses to say where it is wrong deliberate discrimination. grandson tells him it is not wrong Leaves phone call next day suspended 2 weeks.he goes to jobcentre that day fills in hardship loan form and leaves interviewer bins it.goes back end of week to be told the suspension is being extended no reason has been given they refuse to put it in writing deliberately to stop any appeal deliberate discrimination. He asks what has happened to my hardship loan person with blond grey hair says can not be arsed to sanction it deliberate discrimination. Phones up morning day before Easter closing come down he is told he is in front of interviewer blond/grey hair he fills in another hardship loan to hear the same deliberate lie its wrong and refusing to say where deliberate discrimination.you are doing this deliberately by grandson says I have put in a complaint about you (this is recorded delivery letter sent 11/04/2014 met by silence)the person says you can complain to who you like we all close rank hear to look after each other your getting no money told Indian supervisor who has done nothing reported to local MP and if nothing is done to remove them its the ombudsman. .
