"Poor Food, Even More Poor Service"

My takeaway experience at Aroma Express on the Hamilton Estate, Leicester was very poor indeed. I ws looking forward to my treat of a Chinese takeaway but when it arrived I was very disappointed to find that the chicken dish that I had ordered was substituted for an inferior and very dodgy dish of some kind of 'chicken' pieces in an awful batter. This tasteless dish left me feeling sick after tasting a few pieces.

My poor experience with Aroma Express was made far, far worse by my telephone contact with the shop who failed to listen to my complaint and refused to replace the wrong dish that they had sent out. Furthermore, when I spoke to the manager of this business he was extremely rude, haughty and arrogant, going so far as to BLAME me for having ordered the dish and not ASING questions about it when I ordered it!! Unbelievable. This man then had the audacity to say that I had lost him money by having been on the phone to him as no-one else could actually get through to place orders..
