Where to begin . . .Basically had a rotten experience with The Gas Superstore in Leicester, ended up waiting for 4 and half weeks for my oven to arrive. Had to take day off work because they wouldn't give me a delivery time and they didn't even show up. Shambles of an operation with terrible customer service. I recommend people to look elsewhere..
