Monday 17 february Went to the store at 0945 today colected my shopping and spent time in the store at 11 30 am put my shopping in my car, took my trolley back to the trolley park there was the problem it was impossible to remove my coin , three people also tried to remove my coin but it was stuck ,there were two abandad trolleys there it was also they could not remove the coin.i went inside to see who may help, it was then it became clear there is no customer service, so went to the dressing rooms to ask for help, one of the assistants came outside with and said that one lady had come shopping and brought pliers with her to pull the coin out, we had several attempts and eventually did get the coin out and had sore fingers, this is not a happy shopping experience and needs urgent attention..
