"Disappointing would not recommend"

I ordered a hockey stick for my daughter for christmas it was received promptly but sadly I clicked the wrong size online the perils of internet shopping !! Returned the item over christmas period at my cost only to have the stick returned to myself due to the firms christmas closure. Finally contacted them in the new year to have the stick replaced re returned the stick again at my own cost and a new stick in the right size arrived only for me to be charged yet again for more postage think it would have been cheaper to drive to Leicester from North Wales. I have been in contact and told that its part of company policy well as a customer I feel very disappointed by the lack of goodwill. Recommend that your very thorough when placing an order as mistakes can be quite costly..
