"Trying to call Swan house?....... DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME."

A review of Royal Mail by Annoyed,not suprised written on Monday 20th of January 2014

I have tried to call both numbers listed several times, I have also left several messages and have not been called back. Im actually not surprised to be honest, the service from ROYAL MAIL full stop is abysmal to be perfectly honest, recorded post that never turns up, or is thrown over the side gate with no thought of what it may contain and no signature .

if you have also had this I suggest you contact MOYA GREENE who is the ceo of ROYAL MAIL directly with your problem and cut out the clowns at the sorting office that couldn't care less and just pass you around and fob you off, she earns millions of pounds a year so let her earn a bit of it! I have done this on 2 occasions and it gets the job moving straight away, here is her email address :- moya.greene@royalmail.com . I guarantee you will get a response from one of her underlings within 48 hours..
