I recently bought some PA SPEAKERS and got them at a fair price but when i had them tested they turned out to be faulty :( anyway i spoke to the manager who acknowledged me from prior visits and he kindly gave me £50 credit to spend instore!!! i am sure he would of gave me a full refund but i can fix the speakers and i am happy i was compensated and valued as a customer!! thanks mate!!!.
