"Disgusted"

By far, the worst customer service I have ever received. The staff are incompetent at best, reflective of the management! Rude, disrespectful and patronising - clearly they have not received any customer service training of any kind! At this place, the customer is NEVER right and there is no care given to customers at all. Even though there garment was not fit for purpose (stratching and causing the skin to rash) they refused to refund or even exchange the item. I am absolutely disgusted with my experience of this shop and will never return! I have received far better service at the market! .
