"Wow, what a find"

A review of The Swan Inn by Well Fed written on Monday 22nd of September 2008

Staying locally and decided to eat at The Swan. So many wonderful choices on the menu couldn't decide what took my fancy. Eventually went for goats cheese tart as a starter and the liver and bacon for main. Both dishes were great and beautifully presented. My fellow diner went for the farmhouse pate and pork steak, again delicious. But for me the dessert was just wonderful. A brandy snap basket filled with chilli ice cream, it was mind blowingly good!

Great service, good food well presented and very, very reasonable. .
