"Poor customer relations"

Very unhappy how the shop deals with customers. we bought 3 dresses from Mansi for my daughter .

As we walked out the shop, my daughter changed her mind so within 5 mins we went back to exchange one of the dresses . As there was a refund of £25.00 the shop refused to give us the money saying a credit note valid for 6months would be given. After reasoning with them that as it had been only 5mins i couldn't understand why they were being unreasonable especially as we didn't live in leicester and were not likely to be back within 6months.

The cashier very unreasonably and refused to give a refund. Would not shop from there and would not recommend them. I have shopped from many other shops where changing your mind within 5 mins has never caused any refund problems. .
