"Costumer service"

I visited the shop on 20 April 2013 as it was recommended to me on entering the shop I was not greeted with a hello just a slight smile the shop assistant dealt with a previous customer and I was the only one in the shop . I was in the shop for some time lookin for a outfit as mother of the groom I was not offered any help I was not even asked if I could be helped. I consider this very poor costomer service an I was so uncomfortable thinking my costom was not valued..
