"Bad service"

I've been with this docs for some years like the lady at the top said never ever get throw and when u get throw they say what a bout 3 weeks yet when u do get to sit down there there nobody there ,, u have to phone after 8.30 yes some off us do work and can't use works phone ,,,.came down 4 weeks ago with the last bit off flu didn't give me anything came back last week still feel poorly doc look at me and said don't no what wrong I say can u please give me something I need to work no sorry still poorly nearly 5 weeks now not good if she had gave me something it would have gone now Iand I could get back to norm,,,,, if I live down highfields they would have gave me some thing bye now ,,,,,,.
