"Customer service"

My family enjoyed the food but the customer service was appalling. No one came to take our order, in the end I went to the till to place my order. Two glasses of water were given to share between four people. No tissues were given. We wanted to pack the remaining food and the lady came with containers and a paper bag an told me to pack it myself, first time I have experienced this. The lady at the till needs to go on a customer care course, she was rude and arrogant. Doesn't cost a penny to smile:).
