"Shocking"

We've been patients at south wigston for many years, we recieved a letter for my husband to make an appointment at the well man clinic, when I called I was told there are no appointments available and he can be added to a list......what's the point of sending out letters????

I then attempted to book an appointment for my husband to see the doctor that has been helping him with his illness.

To be told there are no appointments for four weeks and would need to call back at a later date.

I find this shocking you work hard all your life and pay into the system to be let down every time.
