"Good Selection! Poor Service :-("

There was a good selection of Ice Creams & Desserts on offer at Milky Lane. I didn't feel that the Customer Service matched the amount of effort that must have gone into setting up the buisness. I would have thought that if the manager was reading bad reviews about the service that customers have received then he would take SWIFT action to rectify this? Good Customer Service doesn't cost .
