We visited yesterday for sunday lunch for a friends birthday - 12 of us. When we advised the staff that the beef was ifficult to eat they said that no one else had complained and that there was nothing they could do about it. They then proceeded totalk about us behind the bar and treat us badly. Half the solution to a complaint is the courtesy to which it is responded to..
