"Slow to get new books out"

Every time I try to get a book from Fosse Park store, I find I have to wait several weeks for it to become available, especially the newly launched ones. Please could you and the publishers get your act together and get them on the shelves for the day of the launch? I wanted 'Lessons in Laughing out Loud' by Rowan Coleman, but nobody seems to have a clue when it will be in. Book store? I don't think.
