"Poor service"

A review of Royal Mail by Huggy written on Friday 24th of June 2011

I received a card today with stated i had a signed for item and that I would need to collect from Campbell street, or arrange redelivery. I have tried calling Royal Mail first time I got a answer machine second and third time it continuously rang. How can I be expected to go to collect the item if I don't even know when it will be there.

I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism. .
