Recently the Countesthorpe Conservative Club has made some excellent changes. A new website has been established (above), which is making it easier for people to see what is on offer. The website is updated regularly. You might be surprised at the variety of events and facilities available to members and guests.
The large concert hall has an excellent well maintained dance floor, a small professional stage, comfortable tables and seating for 120 are arranged around the outside of the floor. It has a low ceiling and excellent night club style lighting giving it a real celebratory feel. It is the perfect place to hold a private party for members or non members.
Regular features are excellent, live music every Saturday night in the concert room, a large well stocked bar and a comfortable lounge seating 100 people with TV and amusement machines.
Sports teams, darts, dominoes and skittles meet regularly and often have competitions. There is a full size snooker table and pool table. Also long alley skittles facilities which are available for private hire.
Other events are theme nights, sports dinners, line dancing, barn dances, bingo, quiz nights, horse racing nights, bridge and lots more.
