I met Caroline last year for the first time when she clipped Rosie, I returned again this year to have Rosie my collie clipped again for the summer. Caroline allowed me to stay with Rosie and included me in the groom. She clearly asked what I wanted done. I will definitely be back next year and have no hesitation in recommending her to other dog owners. Thanks Caroline. Helen.
