"Never Answer The phone"

A review of Royal Mail by Leicester written on Friday 10th of September 2010

I had a failed Del and called number on card left a message. No one had called back in total left three messages to arrange collection all with no reply. I then searched online for another contact number for my local office and what a suprise no answer again! Says they are busy maybe thats because they dont answer the phone!! .
